With a background in press photography and photojournalism my work now mainly revolves around weddings and informal family photography. I usually spend the whole day at a wedding recording all the fun candid moments as well as the more traditional shots. Ollie's Bar Mitzvah at the Kensington Roof Gardens
It certainly is strange to find yourself in an acre and a half of themed gardens on the sixth floor and one hundred feet above Kensington High Street in central London. The Roof Gardens are nowadays a part of Richard Branson's portfolio of unique retreats and they certainly are unique. There are three themed gardens, Spanish, Tudor and English Woodland, with over 70 full size trees, a flowing stream stocked with fish and resident flamingos Bill, Ben, Splosh and Pecks! The gardens made a terrific setting for Ollie's Bar Mitzvah and provide another exciting London venue for photography too.
